Prior to SoftPro, Andrew was with BCS Information Systems responsible for the Sales & Business Development of its end-to-end mission-critical clearing & payment solutions and BPO services in Asia Pacific. The clearing and payment solution suite encompassed GIRO, Real-Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS), Scripless Securities Settlement System and Cheque Truncation System (CTS) etc. BPO services were mainly focused on mission-critical intra-bank and inter-bank cheque clearing and Document Imaging services for the banking & finance industry.


Ian Myles

Ian Myles most recently has been heading the Payments team at Singtel’s Group Digital Life. A dynamic professional, he has a strong bias towards design and technology, especially as it relates to mobile and mobile payments. Over the years, Ian has worked with several companies, including Frog, Motorola & Chase. 

While at Motorola in San Francisco, Ian was responsible for designing & developing their first 3G phones for UK, Italy & Hong Kong.  He then went on to set up a company that was funded by Citibank Ventures, where he led a team of designers and developers to build a mobile wallet & NFC solution for iPhones. 

Post that experience, he joined Chase, where he led the usability team to drive UX improvements, worked on Next Generation Payments and helped bringing biometric technologies into the bank. He also drove the CHASE credit card solutions for the ISIS Wallet.

Ian is currently evaluating his next venture.

Nigel joined American Express in January 2012. He is responsible for management and growth of the new and emerging payment activities in Japan and Asia Pacific, including China. At the EAB he is chairing the Privacy Impact Assessment Working Group. On invitation by the UK Home Office he joined the core reference group of the Biometrics Committee of ERNCIP (European Reference Network for Critical Infrastructure Protection, http://ipsc.jrc.ec.europa.eu/index.php/ERNCIP/688/0/). He is Founding Member of the IFIP Working Group on Identity Management and member of the ePractice Working Group on eID. In 2008 he joined ThinkTrust, a European Think Tank on “Investigating Security, Dependability, Trust, Privacy and Identity from ICT and social perspectives” (www.think-trust.eu).
